Jubilant Agri & Consumers Product Ltd. (JACPL) was having a Loyalty program for their “bottom of the pyramid” customer i.e. Carpenters, Polishers & Contractors based on traditional passbook system. All the data was in offline, unstructured format and there was no means of analysis or tracking.
⦁ DQ developed a solution in which the coupon code was generated digitally and can be submitted digitally via a single 10 digit number missed call number, promoted on all POS.
⦁ An android app was developed for the sales executives of Jubilant to enroll members.
⦁ On giving missed call on the number, member received a call back in which he can perform various actions including

⦁ Place redemption request
⦁ Check points
⦁ Refer colleague and
⦁ Get offers via Voice Coupons
⦁ The concept of mCoupons was developed for Big Contractors who don’t have access to physical coupons.
⦁ A Mobile Radio by the name “Jivanjor Radio” was developed, which broadcasted infotainment content including Jokes, Product Info, Songs, CEO message etc., hosted by a Virtual RJ by the name “RJ Jyoti”, to keep the members engaged.
⦁ A vernacular customer support center was setup to solve queries and complaints of registered members
⦁ The registered member increased from 20K to 160K within 8 months of launch
⦁ More than 22K+ referrals received from active registered members and
⦁ More than 25K+ missed calls received from the unregistered users (direct prospects) who express interest in joining the program voluntarily.
